2016 SUMMER SCHOOL ON “BIG DATA FOR PRECISION MEDICINE”
During this School, organized in collaboration with the Big Data Initiative, PhD students will be trained on novel methodological and technological approaches that enable the analysis and integration of a high variety of large volume data, with specific focus on genomics and environmental ones, for the benefit of precision medicine and clinical decision-making. Gathered in a friendly and interactive atmosphere, the students will attend theoretical and practical sessions. The school will develop along six half-days starting on Monday September 12 at 2.30 pm to Thursday September 15 at 12.30 am. The students will be allowed to attend the “IV European i2b2 meeting” (Sep 15 2.30 pm – Sep 16 12:30 am) without any further fee.

Half-DAY 3 and 4 – HUMAN-ENVIRONMENT INTERACTION ASSESSMENT
Half-DAY 5 and 6 – DATA INTEGRATION AND DECISION SUPPORT
Can I attend the School?
The Summer School on Big Data for precision Medicine is mainly directed to PhD students and young researchers in the biomedical field.
Because of the interactive nature of the course, the number of participants is limited to 40.
Payment method: the registration fee must be paid via bank transfer, detailed information will be provided via e-mail.
